Do you operate a web shop or do you want to offer your customers customised individual items in your stores or at events? Do you produce a variety of name tags and badges? Do you want to offer these services to your customers as quickly, easily and cost-effectively as possible? Then there is only one way and that is automation! With our embroidery machines and corresponding software solutions, we bring your embroidery into Industry 4.0. Here's why:
Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to have textiles automatically hooped by robots. However, thanks to our software products and state-of-the-art embroidery machines, we have already automated what can be automated today — here is an excerpt:
Melco embroidery machines work most efficiently with the OFM embroidery file format, which is created by our embroidery software DesignShop and our web services. In contrast to other manufacturers, the format allows us to store all production-relevant information on a single file. The OFM format therefore contains not only stitch information, but also colour information and information on special effect settings. Since the machine can also work with vector files, the size of the embroidery design can be reduced and enlarged by up to 20% without loss of quality.
In a modular system, all embroidery machines work independently of each other and are connected via a network. With this solution, you can react flexibly to any order size and are therefore ideally prepared for the processing of personalized individual items.
Our embroidery machine, the Melco EMT16X, brings your embroidery business into the modern age. The machine offers the following advantages, among others:
Do you have a great product for personalization or a web shop with a lot of potential, but embroidery is uncharted territory for you? No problem — we stand by your side and offer you:
An investment in our embroidery machines and software must be worthwhile. It is therefore essential that you consider the production capacity required for your project. Also, the production costs are an important factor to be successful in mass-customization. For this reason we have developed the Melco Calculator. With this free web service, you can calculate transparently, easily and in a flash whether an investment is worthwhile. If you have any questions about it, we are here for you!
